How can you burn that is on my itunes to a CD?

Compile a playlist under "New" and hit "New Playlist" (do not click "New SmartPlaylist") and then take the files in your iTunes library and right click and say "Add to playlist" then select that new playlist.

Then click on the newplaylist. Up in the far right corner should be a picture of a CD. If you have a blank CD-R or CD-RW then just click on the CD image you'll see. If not, you can purchase CD-R's or CD-RW's from Target, Walmart, whatever (assuming your in the US).
