It is for writing a note after you completed the letter. It is mainly used when you accidentally left something out of a letter that you needed to add at the end.
SOS stands for the moris code code for help! in morse code it is ...---... (dot dot dot dash dash dash dot dot dot)

touche means like, "ooh you got me" like, if u were having an arguement and someone made a really good point that made ur opinion look bad, you'd say, touche.
p.s. means like, by the way not literally tho, just figuratively
s.o.s means please send help, its probably actaully latin or something
