You should probably go up a size. you may need a C. I know JCPenny has people to measure you to see what size you need, so I would check out that avenue!

Go to a major department store, like Nordstroms and get a bra fitted. That's the only way to know for sure that you are wearing the proper bra. It's no big deal, they have seen lots of boobs and lots of people wearing the wrong bras. Call and make an appointment. Plan to spend (in the U.S.) $50 or so on a proper bra that will last. If you are changing weight or your boobs are changing size often, get this done every time the bra starts to feel wrong. You will be amazed at the difference when you start wearing a "custom fit" bra.

Okay, heres what you need to do. Go to a bra store or just a bra section of a store and ask them to measure you. I'd suggest Victoria Secret. They will tell you your cup and bra size. The letter is for your breast size, the number is from your back size.

36 inches measures the diameter of you chest and the B, al[habet imeasures the sie of the cup of the breast. Try wearing the bra when you go back to the store. Sizes can go from A to D , the double D.

The numbers like 36 refers to the inches around ur ribs and the letter if the size of ur Chest. if you are a C or a D get a ba with a under wire so you have more support. I am a 36 D so i no how you feel last year i went through wat u r going through now. Email me if you have any more questions.

You will have to increase both the number and the letter. I would recommend going to a store that specializes in underware get professionally fitted. If you cannot afford to do that, don't be afraid to try them on. Start with a 38C.

just do to a store, and grab numerous sizes. try all different types on. you'll eventually find some that fit perfectly. also they will make your breast look better. if you wear tight shirts... im guessing you can see your boobs are popping out. i used to have that problem too. i got bigger bras and now im fine =]

The circumference of your breast over the boobs is the number.
However you can try this size at the shop itself in the room provided to try the dresses.
