What is this film exactly about? I have seen so many trailers about it that now I am totally confused about the whole story. I have tried to get the film but couldn't find it anywhere. So, before I get totally crazy, can someone tell me IN DETAILS what is this film about? Thanks! :)

OK, this man is getting married, he is on his way to China for a business trip, he has dinner with his fiancee and her family and thinks he spots his ex-girlfriend, he skips the trip to China( doesn't tell his girlfriend). He spends the time to chase after this ex. It turns about to be someone completely different, he cuts his losses. Lots of twists and turns and coincidences. I really hate to give it away since you haven't seen it. It is a really good movie, keeps you guessing. I think you should watch it, it ends nicely but not what you would expect. By the way, no one gets killed, there are no high speed chases, I wouldn't really call it a chick flick, but it is good. I saw it on Showtime or Cinemax, can't remember.

I actually wanted to see this film, just as you do, but now i only own it because of Josh Hartnett being in it. Its very complex, even more so than that of Vanillia Sky or Eternal Sunshine of the spottless mind. This guy is getting married, but while he is supposed to be in china, he starts hunting fort his old girlfriend, who just one day up and left him. He tracks her down, and it ends up not being her, but the chick says that she is the woman he was looking for, but she really isnt, and its just confusing. you might want to drink a cup of coffee so you can be alert to all the plot twists this thing has! but its worth seeing i think.

The availability of the film is in proportion to its popularity. That should tell you something.
