They are doing well, but the 3rd day will be the maker or breaker.

P.S to Allo
Just because you feel that way about a Sport doesn't make it so, a lot of people hate horse Racing. I think it a shame you don't remember this question:

"In my experience in using Q & A I think that most of you a very decent and kind people.?"

I think you should remember it seeing you asked this question, maybe you should pratice what you preach, and not be so rude./

it was all their way until......they giles dropped ponting and they lost momentum and he added another 100+ or so runs...

at the time i was thinking it is slow batting but it builds the pressure...especially after the debacle that was England in Brisbane...the test is over in Adelaide now...I have a new description for such performances(especially after they bounced back so well, only fall apart)...

ANGLO-COLLAPSO !!!

6/551 was okay - (u can probably tell where I'm from by the way I wrote the score) - albeit a bit slow in the batting, but the pressure was there for a while...it's all over now and they may not win a test in Australia this summer...

Brillaint performance, but remember the wicket was rubbish no assistance for bowlers, at points the inning's became boring because it was hard to score and most balls were being blocked (Run rate: 3.05) very slow for a test match, at points is was 2.50 or lower.

but brillaint collingwood 206, about time a englishman get's a double century, i think the last one by an englishman was in 2004 by robert key v west indies.

Freddie flintoff excellent as always to grab a late wicket before the close.

It cannot be considered as awesome as 2 of their batsmen came in form and the pitch was batsmen friendly. To their adventage, England got the opportunity to bat first. From this point England can hope to draw the match even if they fail to win.

Very impressive performance, but the pitch is too batsman friendly to get the Aussies out twice. At least right now it seems that way. But still three more days to go, anything can happen.

Not fast enough to win. It would require batting twice.
