I'm no zoologist, but I'm pretty sure lions HAVE to have meat! That's basically their whole diet. I've never seen any of them eating plants on the Discovery Channel! What do you expect? And once a lion is full grown, it's usually no longer a good idea to have it as a pet, because yes, there's always the strong possibility that it will attack you some day. Their wild instincts can never be suppressed or erased. Look at what happened to Siegfried & Roy!

Cats are carnivores and must eat meat. There are amino acids they need from meat that they cannot get anywhere else. Why do you have a lion? They are not pets... They are wild animals and without the proper training (which you don't seem to have since you think you can feed it veggies and grass) they will become dangerous and hurt you or someone else.

No, lions won't be able to devour end result and vegetables . that's because of countless causes . a million :ingesting is instinct habit it really is predetermined by genes .in case you attempt to to feed end result to quicker or later previous lion , it does no longer devour end result . 2 : tooth of lion are equipped in this type of way that it would want to;t devour grasses and plant life .Lion's tooth are pointed to seize and kill prey ,they could;t weigh down plant life . 3 : abdomen of lion is unable to digest cellulose it really is contemporary in plant life .For digestion of plant life cattle have symbiotic organisms in abdomen that are absent in lion . 4 : gut of lion is purely too small to digest cellulose of plant life , herbivores have a lot linger gut . end : Lion won't be able to devour plant life ,end result and so on.

WHY do you have a pet LION?!?!

Lions are carnivores. They will only eat meat. Stop trying to turn it into a vegetarian. It's expensive, but buy it some horsemeat and give it that instead.

Maybe you should ask the lion what it would like to eat.

Well, you could try and spice up his tofu. Try forming it into the shape of a turkey or maybe a zebra. I don't know how a zebra tastes so you'll have to make it tastes like chicken. You know just about anything tastes like chicken.
