As long as the stroller reclines then they can go in. Just make sure they aren't prone to sliding down. If they are sliding down/getting all hunched you need a stroller that reclines more.

Then there are the ones that lie completely flat -- those are safe even for preemies.

Although for getting on and off buses, and in the snow, and in many situations a baby carrier is much more convenient. Just be sure to get one that supprts the baby's head and doesn't place the weight on the babies spine. Wraps are very good, but can be hard to learn to use. Mei Teis would be my second choice. Slings are very hard on mom, but good for baby.

being the paranoid person I am, I dont think that I would, but there should be no problem with it as long as the seat reclines fully back. Make sure he is buckled in all the way though. You may want to put a blanket on his lap just for extra support.

You should still have a car seat because if you go in someone else's car or in a taxi you will need it. If baby falls asleep it is easier to transport them in and out in the car seat. I was always running errands when my son was a baby and his car seat was a lifesaver because he slept in in while I was out and you can clip it into the stroller and have them facing you so you can keep an eye on them.

Yes, however you must remember that a newborn does not have the strength and muscle control to hold his/her head up. It's also important to remember that your baby was safe and secure in the womb and requires that same security while acclimating to the outside world. I rarely used a stroller because your child needs the intimate touch and bonding of their parents arms.

it should be fine also you can buy those things that people use in the car seats to secure a newborns head so its not all floppin around. they work okay in strollers too.

Yes it is fine. As long as the seat reclines so the baby can lay there. If not you will need to wait until the baby can hold its head up.

It is recommended that you wait until the baby can support himself. If the baby can sit up on his/her own then you can put him/her in the stoller with out a car seat

yes, just as long as you strap them in and place rolled up blankets around them to cushion any bumps... they tend to like it better as well
