yes they can, I have known people who miss the whole time they are on them, but they have low dose ones now so that doesnt happen as much on those.

Birth Control pill have been thought to cause certain cancers in woman. I wouldnt take it if I were you.

yes they can because they are hormones they can make you have one longer or can make you miss you pro bally need to talk to your docter to make sure that is what and make sure you have no ttaken antibiotics or anything in the current time and missed a day and all then tat could make birth controll ineffective and you could be pregnant

Most of them regulate your period, but there are actually some that can make you skip one. Different people react to them different ways though. If you are super freaked about it though, ask your doctor.
