Not likely. If anything they will go down in price. Firstly, as time goes by they will drop in price due to market forces, even in spite that it has not been released everywhere. And secondly, most of the sales will be before X-mas (presents etc) and therefore there will be less demand after X-mas.

The truth is people will have money then from Cash Gifts and returning Gifts. So YES prices will go up. It's like that. Watch for a couple weeks,... maybe Mid Jan would be a good time to buy.

Wii's and PS3's are the hottest games systems this year.
I heard that PS3's go up to $1000 on ebay. just imagine what Wii's would cost

quite the opposite, i bet you they skyrocket right now during the holiday season b/c demand will be great. once the holidays die down the demand will be less so pricing may return to normal.

no they will probably go down, because they raise to price on everything for christmas and then they go down after christmas cause no one has any money left to spend after christmas.
