You can never go wrong with a simple black dress..in a length that flatters your shape.Choose an earring and a necklace set a little more fancy than every day.Have a Happy New Year...maybe you could put your hair up too. Good luck...hope you have fun.

depends on where you plan to go..a formal party..a house party..a club or a bar???
I suggest to keep it simple you will be partying like it's 1999 (ha ha). I think your best bet would a solid or patterned above knee cocktail dress showing a little tasteful cleavage, trendy accessories and a 3" heel.
