Check back on Yahoo! Buzz.... they did a piece on it I believe. I hope it didn't happen to you. I'm going tobe damn careful with that wrist strap when we get ours.

Check joystiq.com and kotaku.com for some articles regarding this issue. Honestly though, the reason for most of these incidents is due to the user making exaggerated movements with the controller. Sort of like what you are seeing on the tv commercials.

I hope you want them for the humor. Reading I find it funny. Throw controller at TV and TV breaks. Hmmm imagine that. Man I have thrown my controller down at the floor, and messed some up, but kinda stupid to aim at the TV when doing stuff like that.

that's what you get for playing videogames on plasma screens.
back in the day i caught hell from my mother for breaking the tv. i said it wasn't me it was atari.
