If you use MS-outlook as your mail client, and Word as your editor, you can compose in Word, and paste into Outlook, and your formatted message, complete with graphics should work smoothly.

Well, I have to chime in here. I done a google search and this question popped up in the results. I'm looking for an answer, too.
I "C & P'd" the pic directly. Didn't work.
I done . Didn't work.
And, I don't have outlook (as that whole thing is messed up with Yahoo email), but I did try copying from Word. Didn't work.
Does anyone REALLY know how to insert a pic into a yahoo email you are composing?
Yahoo is very difficult. Many emails I receive, the pics that are in the email are removed and put at the bottom as attachments. If they are something I want/need to view, I have to download and open each one individually. A real pain in the neck!
I'm waiting on a REAL answer with my friend, bee_zarre. :)
