Yes; I was weirded-out when my hamster kept doing that. I'm 13, and of course I have tons of questions about stuff. I found out that, hamsters are VERY hygenic and sometimes they do that when they are stressed. No worries, just make sure your hamster is in a nice, quiet place.

shes a hamster and just wants to be clean. I take a warm papertowl and gently clean my hamsters. I recommend you do the same.
