If you guys are friends right now, Maybe tell her your gay and see where that takes you. If she knows your gay that may open up the door to more possiblity. If your not really frineds, maybe start working on establishing a friendship first!! Good luck!!! : )

I know that asking her is easier said then done.
But if you have a hunch, I would go with it. But if YOU like her, you could always be impairing your analysis. If you like her, then you want her to like you back so you'll be looking for things that prove your theory. Be careful. Analyze it objectively.
Get to know her. Be friends if you aren't already. It'll come in time. Do not rush these things. Patience.

Actually try talking to her, people don't wear signs you know. However one thing whcih sometimes works is checking if she has short fingernails, that might be an indicator.
Invite her over to tlak to her and you'l find out. maybe invive her over to help you with your spelling...
