I give a project a time limit - 15, 30 minutes, an hour at the most - and clean like heck. Never undo so much that you can't put it back w/in your time frame. You'd be surprised at how much you can accomplish.

I find that my desire to complete tasks arises from within. It is my desire to be the best person I can be. Of course, I have my bad times just as all do. The site below has a number of tools that may help. It is also very easy to find someone whom has a lot more problems than you do. That goes for most of us myself included.

Well- I have family members who have health problems. It's pretty easy to get motivated to clean when I think about them: I don't want them catching an infection from my dirt! Also, I've known people who didn't clean their homes, and the places frankly stank to high heaven. I don't really want my home to be identified with theirs.

I just work for 15 minutes, set a timer, and do it. Half done is better than none.

Music. Put your favourite music in the background and any task will seem much more fun and easier.
