when there hair is same color as their skin color, basically some with no skin pigment

an albino is a person that lacks in melanin pigment in their skin. so they can not tan and there skin is very sensitive to the sun so they get sunburnt really easily

Their eyes are pinky red and their hair is white. Their skin is usually kind of a light,light,light,light,light pink. Even their eyelashes are white. They are sometimes blind. Why, I donot know.

well they are lacking pigments in their skin/hair/eyes. so very very light haired people with ghostly skin. also, their eyes may be red...this is because (since there is no pigment) all you are seeing is the blood in their eyes.
