Write to the Times Of India, Hindu, and Deccan Herald about your issue openly mentioning the manufacturer and dealer. If you are worried that they will no longer service your vehicle, dont worry, they are more worried about losing business. Also mention your engine number, date of purchase, km done and the exact problem.

I've noticed that people issues have been redressed when they mention it in a public forum. You should also go to www.mouthshut.com and write a review on your experience with the bike/scooter and dealer.

If these do not work, then file a complaint with the consumer courts. You can find more info on how to do it and the jurisdiction here

What you need to do first off is call the company not the dealer and tell them that you will never buy from this company again if they won't stand behind there product and you will tell others to do the same. Most company's take this threat seriously and will bend over backwards to help you. Ask for a manager when you call they have more authority to make things happen. Also report them to better business bureau (BBB) this will make the fur fly

i own a repair shop, and usually its not the manufacturer that gives the problem ,its the individual dealers that refuse to give good service,, i have experienced this a lot here lately,i think they need to remember who pays there bills,,we the consumers do,,but id go directly to a factory Representative if i was having problems,,i did this with Nissan and got real good results from it,i made a dealer ship made at me,but they,ll get over it,,its their job to service the vehicle once they sell it,,and the rep,,reminded them of this,,that's the best way to get good results,,,go to the head person, and i guarantee you they,ll make sure it gets done,,good luck with it,i hope this help,s.
