Well I screwed up big time in Bostonlast night some guy was laying on the horn while I was doing a three point turn with my car. Unfortunately I backed up so fast my right rear tire went up and over a ten inch curb at about 5 mph or so and I could hear the exhaust scrape. I drive a full frame 2002 Mercury Grand Marquis. The car seems to drive fine after the curb hop. My question is could I have seriously damaged anything? The only thing weird I notice is my car's steering wheel is slightly off centered even though the car drives straight. Im really worried and not in the best financial shape to fix major damage could anything be seriously damaged???! Thanks in advance

You may have bent your exhaust pipes a little. The rear wheel going over the curb shouldn't affect your steering wheel. But if you can drive down a perfectly flat road with your hands off the wheel and it still tracks straight, then you need a basic alignment.Basically just a tie rod adjustment to center your steering wheel up with your front wheels.
If your description is accurate just go through the paper and look for a really low priced alignment quote. I've seen them as low as $45.00. Now this cheap *** alignment usually only includes a tie rod adjustment. But if the camber or caster is off, then that's when your alignment can get expensive. Because they will try to sell you something.Shims.tires,tie rods etc.
But from what you described your basically need them to lock the steering wheel totally centered which should have the wheels pointing a little off center. Then they will adjust your tierods till the computer says they are straight with your steering wheel and your done. TIE ROD ADJUSTMENTS ARE PART OF A BASIC ALIGNMENT AND THEY SHOULD NOT TELL YOU THAT TO ADJUST IT WILL COST MORE. If the camber or caster is off they will more than likely charge you more unless the adjustment for those measurements are able to be performed without replacing a part or installing shims.

It's just your allignment. Nothing to be worried about as it is a pretty resonable fix. Other than that, you could have possibly bent some exhaust pipe, causing restricted airflow. Exhaust work isn't expensive at all, so don't worry too much about it. Get your steering wheel aligned again, and listen to your exhaust. If it is making any funny sounds, than have it looked at. You should at least get free estimates on both before you have them done. Hope you get this fixed!

if it drives ok,then you probably threw it out of line.you might check to see if theres anything bent or hurt.oh ,you said you backed over the curb, then you shouldnt threw it out of line.i doubt it that you hurt anything ,but your tail pipe, they are tough cars.
