It's new I've had it for about 8 months.
The problem is well you know how when you put it a disc it says something like what action do you want to take or when you plug in your digital camera or memory card a screen comes up and asks if you want to download to a folder or whatever. anyways well last week i put in my memory card and nothing happened. then i put in a dvd to watch and it didn't start up it started to read the disc and stopped.
So my question is.
Is my computer broken or did that action get turned off or what? Help!
I do have warranty so should I just take it back to best buy and have them check it out or is it something I can fix?
help please!!!!

Go to my computer and right click the drive. Then go to the auto play tab. Make sure that everything there is set the way you want it to be. If it is and you're still having the problem, I would take it back.

If you are not computer savy you might as well take it in.. they will be able to help ya and get your pc back up and running very quickly..

decision is all yours. depends how much you want it to be repaired...cause it might not be worth it if getting a new computer will be cheaper or cost almost the same as getting it repaired.
