Please go to a local bookstore or library, there are tons of them. Sorry about your loss! Here is a poem: Do not stand at my grave and weep. I am not there, I do not sleep.I am a thousand winds that blow, I am the diamond glints on the snow.I am the sunlight on ripened grain, I am the gentle autumn's rain. When you awaken in the morning's hush, I am the swift uplifting rush of quiet birds in circled flight I am the stars that shine at night.Do not stand at my grave and cry, I am not there, I did not die....

You don't need a book to over come someones death, at least I didn't. See my friend died in a car accident in October and what helped me get over his death was to cry about it for a few days, write him a nice note, put it on his grave. And then I felt better. But the pain will never really go away.....

I don't know about any books that can adequately put into words your loss...I have been there....we need to go thru the 5 steps of grief..it's a process..everyone must work thru them at their own speed...for myself..I remember the wonderful times I was able to share with this person..they will never be forgotten..

Crossing Over.
I know there are a lot of books out there to help.
I would recommend, maybe, the HOLY BIBLE too...
