Since my ex died I feel like I've lost my only friend. We were very close even though we weren't together anymore. I feel lost without him. What do you guys do when you're lonely?

I totally understand you honey...you go out into the world and make new friends...it is hard but you have to go on eventually...my ex is my best friend and even tho we are not together (he is a long distance trucker) we still can stay in touch by phone. Knowing there are people out there who understand helps too...hugsssssssssssss I come on here if I feel lonely.
I have 4 cats and a dog plus I volunteer

I would get animal to take care of or if you are really desprate or lonely adopt. But i wouldn't because if u find some one well guys don't usually go wit girls that are single and have kids.

normally if im lonely as in bored, i just talk to my friends, hang out, chill...
but in your case, you have lost someone you loved and only time will make the loneliness go away
try talking to people who are close to you...

Try to get over it by reading book,having dog,help others as volunteer.good luck
