No I have seen a red-eyed, one blue toothed, bold, green-haired, one nostril, 7 legged, snake-skinned garnished with purple, grey and light blue, 3 tailed- 4 eared- and 3 handed.... really attractive young lady.

In real life yes, in Christmas cards etc... yes. They resemble little children, if not for the garments they wore you could not tell the difference.
