Other Square Enix games are coming to Wii, including a new Dragon's Quest and Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles, so anything is possible.
Especially if Sony can't get more PS3 systems to market. You can check out http://www.nexgenwars.com/ to see what the current sales estimates are for each console (PS3, Xbox 360, Wii).

I dobut it, since Square-Enix markets all but one of their console games on Wii (FF: crystal cronicles). There were rumors when Kingdom Hearts first came out, but Tetsuya, the creator, likes to work with sony, so its nearly impossible...but recent rumors state because Disney and Square-Enix are having arguments, (disney pressuring him to make it quicker) but disney did this last time too I believe...
So, KMH3 will be on PS3.
