Your best option will be to go to Control Panel > Regional and Language Options and then uninstall any languages you do not need.

Your second best shot is to go to internet explorer > tools > Internet options > click the "Languages" button in the bottom of the "General" tab, and "remove" any unwanted languages from the list.

Next time, remember to update your computer only with update packages in your own language.

Hope this helped.
