Cleveland Browns and the Detriot Lions

Browns or Cardinals. Now since you said last TEN years, can't say the Browns. They haven't been around 10 years, well the REAL Browns. The city stole the Ravens history but I think the Ravens almost prefer it that way. So the Cardinals. Oh and the Lions might be the worst the last 5 or so but rememebr if you get back 10 they had some decent years including years with Sanders. I know it seems longer ago.

The Arizona Cardinals. I live in AZ and I see this stuff first hand year in and year out. It all starts with the Bidwells. They are beyond the cheapest owners in the NFL and it's not going to get any better after Bill Sr. leaves because Bill Jr. seems to be just as cheap.

The NFL really needs to step in because trust me, people here want to root for this team, but it makes it difficult when you have these morons running the team.

Actually it is a tie between the Cards and the Browns, look at the Record. In the last ten playing seasons their records are 56 wins and 104 losses. Detroit has a record of 62wins and 98 losses

Hard question to answer ?????????
Cardinals
Lions
Browns
The Cardinals because this year the Cards had high expectations but here they are going for pick # 1 every other year sucked for them to.
The Lions because they have a good receiver but no QB even though they spent some money on Kitna and McCown but still 2-8
The Browns because.....well they suck too

But I'll take the Cardinals

The past ten years:
Cincinnati, Cleveland (when they've had one), Detroit, and Arizona.

The past twenty years:
Arizona. Have they had *any* 9+ win seasons in that time?
