As usual they under-estimate the English. Couldn't happen to nicer people. Langer is getting abit moody isn't he?. Ponting will be swaring at the england balcony soon. Mcgrath might aswell just forget it. And Warny? What a tw*t

Its hardly going pear shaped for hte aussies,

sure england are slightly on top, but England don't have the bowling or batting australia do, and took 2 days to put on their impressive 551.

This game is a draw.

Mcgrath? Warny? Warne is sitll the best spinner, yea i get the aussies wish they had Giles. And Mcgrath killed you guys in the first test.

What is Harmison going to do? you wouldn't even give him the new ball, thats as much faith england have in him - none.

And I am not even Australian

I think you are a little Premature in your crowing, The Aussie have a Great side, they are not the number 1 side in the World for Nothing. Let's see how they do in their 1st innings, can they claw back the difference?. The one thing that worries me is the age of their Team, where are the Youngsters?. The Aussies seem to play World Class Cricket when they are in the Driving seat, but they have great trouble when they are put under pressure, they just seem to fall to pieces. But time will tell, also see my question "Has anyone else noticed how quite the Aussies have become".

It is too early for Englishman to rejoice, as Australia are giving a good fight to them as they are batting on 235 runs for the loss of 3 wickets with Ponting not out on 128 runs and Hussey not out wioth 74 runs and bothare going strong. From this point, England can onlhy hope for a draw, unless Australia dramatically collapse..

they should drop Hayden - he is past it big time. should have been dropped after last ashes, making a hundred at Oval should not have repreived him, he wasa major reason we lost because he kept gettiing out the same way. he also failed there in 2001 i recall, after that massive Indian series. Put in Phil Jacques, he already has two tons against poms for state side this tour.

langer needs to go, he was very lucky in first innings of first test, and he out to not a hard bell in this test - put mike hussey as other opener.

and brett lee needs to be dropped, he shouldnt have been in the team for about 5 years, since he injured his elbow, after taking 42 wickets in his first 7 tests, he has sucked. now look at what stuart clark, who is 31 and been kept out by lee, has done! aussies constant winning has disguised lee poorness.

drop lee, put in macgill, the poms wont like two spinners. wrane and macgill ared ifferent enough to pick in same side.

and ill admit mcgrath looked very poor in this match, he might have to go but i would give him one more test match to improve or else. even warneys looked out of ideas and low on energy.

if engalnd win this match, they are a chance of retaining ashes, but if aussies hold on for a draw, england cant win from1-0 down with three to play, even though they only have to drawseries.

It seems it will be a big see-saw between English and Aussie fans on Yahoo Answers throughout the series.

What a double century from Collingwood!!!. Great support from Peiterson. And the joy on Flintoffs face when he took that early wicket!!!.
Cant wait for 12 o'clock. Bring it on.
