PLEASE help me. I have to write a poem on an item that represents me. I started to do jeans but I can't think of how they represent me. Some an example of what other people in my class did is clay, and they said it's like tham because they are still growing up and being formed into something. They talked about how they can be anything they want to be, with the right amount of work and effort. How can I compare to that? I probably want to have something about how I'm not a kid anymore but I'm still not an adult. Does anyone have any ideas? Tell you what, if you can really help me out, I'm make sure you get the 10 points AND the next question of mine that you answer. PLEASE HELP!!

I hope this helps.

I am like a prism in which the whole light of my soul is broken down and reflected in many facets, with each distinct side facing different people. My parents see the light of a child they have raised yet are not ready to let go of. My teachers see a young adult ready for more challenges and responsibility. My friends see the rainbow colors contained within and those who do not care see nothing but black, no light at all. Some see red in anger, yellow in fear, blue in sadness and green in jealousy. Yet, when I look in the mirror I don't see the broken and bended beams of light that are daughter, friend, student or a number of different faces reflected back at me. When I look, it is not the prism that I see, nor a thousand particles of scattered light, that does not reflect what I truly am inside. All I know is that when I look I see, simply, truly, only me.
