Silent Night.
I especially like the story behind it...that a church organ was broken, and could not be repaired in time for Christmas Eve service - that this music was composed for the occasion, turning a disaster into a glorious, reverent memory...

I can't pick just one: Hark! The Herald Angels Sing, Gloria, O Holy Night, Handel's Messiah, and many more.

Mine is O Holy Night too - that song just grabs me by the heart and makes me want to cry, it's so incredibly beautiful.

Oh Come All Ye Faithful and Joy to the World, I was an alter girl at my parish and I loved the procession in and out of the church to these songs.
