This is a serious question. Does anyone know of any historical reference that can prove or disprove this question. I'm studying the time period, 1900-1945, in school and we've just covered WWII. With all the holiday music being played this question popped up in my mind. Any thoughts? If you do have a reference please post the book, article, magazine, or abstract that you found it in. Thanks.

I was born in Germany and lived there for 21 Years, no matter what, it is a German Tradition to play and listen to Christmas Music, people who never set foot into a Church and some I know, who declared themselves as Non Christian, listened to Christmas Music. I can guarantee that Hitler listened to Christmas Music. Sorry, I can't give you a reference, you should research Hitlers Secretary's Book, she wrote about everything.that happened, she was intimately informed about everything in Hitler's life.

He may very well have. The article I listed in the sources section is interesting. According to it, Hitler was Catholic & in his warped mind, believed he was doing the Lord's work by killing Jews. So he was a Christian, not an atheist as I think some people might think. Hope that helps! :)
