He may not be your Personal Lawyer, but All Lawyers are bound by "Client Confidentiality". Whatever you say to "any" lawyer, he is strictly bound by that code, and if he/she discloses "anything" about his/her client, they would be "disbarred". The money has nothing to do with it. 20-2,000 - the law is the law... Merry Christmas.

I dont trust lawyers that much the ones around here seem like they are tied in some way or other with the seedy side of society .. I person with status can get caught for something and it gets shoved under the table and the liquor store robbery throw the book at him and on front page of newspaper. I have just noticed it and others have too. Honest citizen in Tenn.

A lawyer is bound by confidentiality when dealing with a client no matter what the fees are.
