Take it to the Labor Department of your local Job service office or to the Department of Labor. And yes, there are laws against it.

Yes, there are laws against this, or you can take some action, but inviting this bully out to a late dinner, and then jump his a s s in an alley, and bring along other peole he has been bullying. Now, if its the company bullying, you, there has to be more victims, so get together and file together.

Start with your Human Rescources Department, you need to file and inform them. But they are going to accept you alone, you need to find someone else who is getting the same harassment or have seen it happen to you. Too many people file harassment reports but are just trying to mean to someone else. They need proof.
