Limited Too is a great store because the clothes are hip and trendy, yet age appropriate (as in not too revealing!
Abercrombie has some okay stuff, but some of their clothes are trashy and not appropriate for younger girls.
Also, any department store's girls' department is a perfect place. Kohls, Macy's, Boston Store, and Sears are good, and relatively inexpensive.

I'd try Pout, Abercrombie and Fitch, Lucky Brand Jeans, Macy's, Nordstrom, Old Navy, Talbot Kids, and Tees.com are some stores and websites you can check out.

Here's where we shop:

Old Navy (lots of cute tees for any holidays, lots of sales)

Dillards (always check the sale racks first)

JC Penneys (great for wardrobe staples like jeans)

Target (cute Hello Kitty line)

Wal-Mart (even though I hate it, my girls like the Mary Kate and Ashley clothes, always buy socks and underwear here for them)

Goodwill (we go here about once a week to look for funky items, last week we found a pair of cute platform loafers for my 7th grader, of course always clean everything well before letting them wear anything from here)

i'm a guy and that i positioned on females clothing all the time, I positioned on skirts, dresses, and tights to college, and to easily carry close out with my buddies, i think of that they are so amazing and relaxing to positioned on. Love wearing females clothing, greater in the present day men could try it.
