I think at his age, President Castro needs a lot of time to recover. And as for Raul Castro, he's not identical to his brother, however, people say he has a lot of charisma. He knows what's been going on so I think he can manage until Fidel takes over again(hoping and praying that he makes a full recovery, not just to resume duties but to relieve the anxiety his family must be feeling still).
