The cold slows down your heart rate and makes u more tired. Thats why some animals hibernate. The cold makes them sluggish and less able to protect themselves against attack. For humans though, its hard getting outta a nice warm bed when its cold outside.

It's natures way of conserving energy when food is normally scarce. IE bears that hibernate during the winter. Remember, we are nothing but fancy animals.

it's warmer under the covers. also...during the cold season there's less daylight. i'm sure that has something to do with it.
