There are no aliens from outer space. No one has been able to prove their existance on Earth. With the way the press hounded Princess Diana, do you think that they would ignore the possibility to expose aliens?
I do beleive that on some planets somewhere in the universe, there is other intelligent beings. I just don't beleive that we will meet them until we can find a way to do the impossible--travel faster than light.

They want to "heart" us?
Okay, let's suppose that people are being abducted by aliens (which hasn't been proved or disproved at this point). We have to ask "Why?" before assuming they are "bad."
Are they trying to improve humanity somehow or damage it? Are they just studying us like we do with animals (you know, tag and release)?
And you also have to consider that they probably have "bad" people and "good" people like we do. Are some of the "abductors" scientists or are they poachers?

Aliens are trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent.
The only reason they kidnap people and experiment on them is because they are curious about us. There's no harm in that.
If they were really mean, they would have already blasted our cities to smithereens.

There are claims by a few semi-literate type that they have been "abducted". Unfortunately, there never produce any evidence. I think we can safely say the answer to your question is no.
