Yes. Just because the "rapper" is Black does not mean they are not racial. It would be racial if Whites wrote songs about the problems in the Black community, IE. Crime commited by Blacks, out of wed lock births, Black mans refusal to take care of the babies he makes, AIDS rate.
Check out the FBIs webite concerning crime www.fbi.com and look for the tables. When you see these figures, keep in mind what percentage the Black community makes up in this country.
How can rap even be considered music? You can't spell crap without rap. Be honest, rap about the problems in the Black community too.

honestly, i dont really care what his opinions are. id rather listen to music i can relate to. i cant relate to any of these things because i just dont care about what he thinks.
