If you purchase music from the Itunes store you will have trouble using it in other software or hardware.

Apple sell their files in AAC format, and also employ a strong form of DRM management that requires the owner t overify the file and authorise it's use on other computers. I think Traktor doesn't like files with such DRM techniques...

Fidn a couple of tracks that won't work, and check their properties. Chances are there is something about them that makes them incompatiable.
