What do I wear with knee high dark brown boots?

a mini skirt is cute.. if its too cold: u can wear a pair of fitted jeans and tuck it in the boots. Then all u have to do is match the top. If you have a knee length coat..that would be cute too.

if they are flat equestrian style boots then tucking in some jeans usually works. and you can wear a voluminous flowy top since your silouette is so slim on the bottom. this style works best for girls with narrow hips. you can also try with a miniskirt or minidress but you need really skinny legs for this.

if they have a big chunky platform heel, try layering a long silky tunic over slim silky skirt over stockings. all the flowing cascading (nonbulky) layers will look really romantic and the big clunky boot will bring you back down to earth and add some sex appeal (so you are not a flat-footed layer-shrouded hippie/gypsy).

if they have a stiletto heel, you can stick them under wide eg trousers or pair them with any kind of skirt (except a mini).
