Very much SO especially if I had something to do with that ,I am surrounded by miserable people constantly and I am a very happy person who has taken on the tremendous task of trying to make them happy,I am almost ready for the mental institution in the process.

Yes, without a doubt, the eyes are the window to the soul, the eyes will reveal what going internally..whether its joy or some other emotion

I can see some one win something and I become real happy.
I can see some one who is so so happy it is beaming from them and I become happy too
I can't stand it when I hear or see a baby laugh, I have to laugh so so hard too

you mean when you look in someones eyes and you see that their happy or when you look in someone eyes and it makes you happy?
