well you can do it a few different ways. daily with those dewormers, if you can keep it consistant. worming every 3 months isn't sufficient enough to kill of all the parasites and keep them gone. that is why the manufacturers reccomend every 6-8 weeks. Personally I worm monthly. I rotate wormers. esp if my horses have been out in pasture I use the zimectrin gold for the tapeworms. I always give my horses the full dose syringe even if they arent' 1200#. this way if I miss a month by accident no biggie. they are still ok. my horses look and feel great, always have a nice shine to them and never have weight issues. good luck and hope this helps

It depends on where you live and what you are worming for. Generally if you are using a paste dewormer you do every 2-3 months. My horses are on daily dewormers so they just get paste dewormers twice a year for certain parasite risks that aren't covered by their daily dewormer. If you have questions, I would recommend talking to your vet to see what is a risk in your area, what your horse(s) are at risk for and what your options are.

There are daily dewormers, and if you use these, you just need to use a regular paste wormer once every six months (so twice per year). If you don't want to use a daily dewormer, then I would reccomend using a paste dewormer every other month (six times per year), per horse.

It depend on what dewormer you use-some are stronger and last longer than others. Read dosage on info pamphlet of dewormer.
