You mean like mold in a shower? If so, bleach will remove it, there is a commerical product called CRL that will also remove it.
If you mean mold that is in the walls/attic/basement of your house that is very dangerous and should be removed by a professional. If it's bad enough the only solution is to remove that section of the structure.
If you live in a place that is humid, I highly recommend using a de-humidifier in places like a basement to keep the mold from getting started.

First you have to try and stop the cause of the mold. Probably water. Then use Bleach... Its the #1 killer of mold... But dilute it if you are in an enclosed environment. And keep the windows open a while.
