The ACLU has outlived its usefulness. They are only here because of the men and women in the military who protect their rights. I think the ACLU is now a liberal tool and has lost what it was originally intended to do. What about my rights to view a nativity scene or cross?? They are doing nothing to protect me!

I have never seen or heard of the ACLU "ripping down" a nativity display. Maybe you could enlighten us with REAL news links rather than the right-wing propaganda machine you post as a source.
The ACLU fights for the removal of Christian displays from public property. Having secular displays on public (i.e. paid for by the tax dollars of Christians, Jews, Muslims, Atheists, etc.) property amounts to government sponsorship of religion unless equal space is given to ALL religions. What narrow minded people see as being anti-Christian, those with the capacity to think for themselves see as being pro-equality. We know which group you fall in to...

They do nothing with them .If governments purchased nativity settings to be used in public displays on government property and are no longer legally allowed to display them , look in the attic or basement for them .
The aclu does not run an action of confiscated religious idols .

Seeing as how the ACLU doesn't actually remove any of that stuff, the whole question is a bit of a non sequitur, isn't it?

they go to a secret cave in Kansas where the ACLU novicies are made to don robes , take up candles , and perform secret ACLU rituals way way way deep underground.
