I'm in a dilemma,

My landlord has now made the house-hold level up to ten people and a couple who have recently just moved in are taking over the entire kitchen and using it as if it is all of their own but we all have to share.

I am trying to get out and to get myself a full time job to get a bond and deposit togther, but it is not easy to get full time work but am working on this with the resources I have.

We are all in our twenties and early thirties and of mixed nationality so we try to all fit around each other, but this new couple are driving me nuts because they are up late making niose until 2am and treating the house like it is their own and I feel like I can't use it the way I used to. They are invasive in every way possible and don't give a damn about their constant presence I am starting to get fed up with and my landlord just wants money so can't bother him about it as have already had to complain about another person no longer here, but used to be very loud.

You have enough people to be a co-op, and it should be run like one. Have house meetings and vote on rules: quiet after a specific time at night, details about the use of the kitchen, and all the rest of use of common areas.

The landlord (owner of the building), if he lives there, would get one vote in such a meeting, just like everyone else. If he wants the privilege of making the rules because he is the owner, then tell him he must make reasonable rules and devise a system for enforcing them. There is no reason tenants who are paying a fair share should not have "quiet enjoyment" (a legal term) of the space they have paid for.
