and rollers are worn-out and can not find replacement for it.

One place that has a great assortment of replacement parts is Home Depot Supply. It used to be called Maintenance Warehouse. I did a search for 'rollers' and got 183 hits on their site.
Another great replacement part supplier is Wilmar.
Between the two of these, they probably have every part for anything built after 1950.
I used to manage properties and never came across a replacement part that wasn't in one of these two catalogs.
