I give my employees coloring sheets and crayons and tell them to color for about half and hour and I would hang those sheets on the wall. It adds color to our office and makes it fun place to work. Many of my employees say that coloring relieved their stress and one of them said their blood pressure dropped.

I still love to color at 29! It is definitely a good way to relieve stress!

I still find it a great pass time...like you say relieves stress and keeps you occupied for a while..I like jigsaws too...

I also love it. Thankfully I have plenty of little kids in my family that are always asking me to color with them so I have a perfect excuse to get down and dirty with the colors! lol

i love to color! but that's mostly because im always doing something artsy, drawing, painting, coloring, writing...sometimes i just get that feeling when all i wanna do is color...like i am starting to now
