do a search for Advanced Windows Care it's free download it and install unhook the line for internet connection run the program and let it fix what it needs to there's no spyware or malware in it so don't worry about that and stay away from those kind of sites and you wont have that problem anytime you go to a site and the page is not loading as fast as the others and the two little tv's are lite up unplug the connection because it's putting some bull crap that you don't want on your system

Hmmm... I think u've got a adware/spyware infection. Get hold of Spybot S&D (www.safer-networking.com) and AdAware (www.lavasoft.com). Scan your PC and get rid of all the nasty stuff.

If you don't have a firewall already get yourself one now. Plenty of great firewalls like ZoneAlarm(www.zonelabs.com), Sygate, Kerio etc. offer a free personal edition.

And, abt pop-up blocking software, I suggest you get hold of Google Toolbar. In addition to a superb pop-up buster you also get added features like Google's powerful web-search with one click.
