You could wear them with dark brown leggings and an over sized cream sweater. Get a belt to match the shoes and wear that too. Instead of leggings, you could also wear skinny jeans and tucks the jeans in the boot. A mini skirt with a cute (probably green would look best) hoodie would look cute too.

for these kind of boots, i would suggest maybe white knee high socks under the boots so that the tops of the socks show, with a faded mini skirt, an earthy tone tank, like browns, golds, or oranges, and maybe a pink shrug over the tank. if its getting colder maybe a long sleve sweater that is long so it goes down past ur zipper on the skirt, with an oversized belt over top. good luck and i hope u like my advice.

oh i love it, and the color too, good choice
well a short blue jeans will be just perfect, or if u wanna wear long one and put it inside the boots.
also a belt and bag of the same material and color (which is so available) will give an amazing look, i love that style.
i dont think the style of these boots will match with skirts.
