well if you are looking to payless I would suggest that you go to Kohl's, but if you have no problem with spending money I would say go to JC Penny's

I prefer Penney's. I like their St. John's Bay brand of clothing, Worthington slacks, and their Ana jeans. I buy a lot of things there. They have great sale prices, in my opinion.

J C PENNY!!!!! they have sales like every day and if ur lookin for juniors clothes, they have the best ones. kohl's just sucks.
