i just watched it last night and like. i enjoyed the movie but i dont know if im understanding it right. i just wanna know what other people thought about it! thanks!!!

I thought it was completely overrated, as were Tom and Nicole and their acting in it.
The whole movie was touted as this "gripping psychological thriller, and sexier than any movie ever made: etc. etc.
After all the hype, I spent the entire movie wondering when the excitement was going to start.
My own synopsis is that Tom was on a mission to get into as nasty a situation as he could, because of jealousy, and just couldn't get lucky to save his life. All the exploits he investigated turned out to be just lame.
It was all hype and expectation, but it left me wondering where the great stuff was.
(And it way too long, not to have any more plot line than it did.)

That has got to be one of the dumbest movies I've ever seen.One of Tom Cruises worst.
