On an earring tree. Take a piece of wire mesh, something a little more substantial than the old screen window mesh, and use tin snips to cut a Christmas tree shape, or other shape that has lobes out the sides. Cactus, for example. Create a base for it to stand upright; shoving a ball of self-hardening clay on one edge would do. Then hook the earrings on the mesh so that the dangling parts hang down in alternate spaces, so they don't touch each other.

Many people are saying to use wire mesh, but as an alternative, you can use a pretty piece of fabric to make it fit with the decor better. Simply push the ends of the earrings through the fabric to store!

Get some wire mesh with the little holes and fold it in half, then nail it into your wall (1 nail in each corner, you can use little nails) then it's hanging in your bathroom with easy access. I like the tree idea that someone suggested using the same wire mesh but this doesn't take up any counter space!

You could obviously hang this wherever, I found it most useful in the bathroom near the mirror so that I could see what looked best :)
